I see you Universe

To the universe: Don"t think I don"t see you or I feel you; I do. I know I"m sometimes slow to pick up on things. Please be patient with me. To whom it may concern: Don"t think I don"t see you or I feel you; I do. I know I"m  sometimes  slow to pick up on things. Please be patient with me.

Surprise, Surprise!

Oh, certain people from the past are picking the wrong time to be cute. You may have thought you “dodged a bullet” but I know I dodged a freight train strapped to a hurricane. Honestly, I didn’t know there was something that was the opposite of a Muse until I met you. So, you always wanted a poem, it’s on its way. I just hope your dodging skills are still sharp because there will be (metaphorical) shots fired and honey, this is the Matrix, and I’m happy to say, you’re not the one.   ►http://bit.ly/2cHNraW ♥ http://bekonstant.com/

My Old Track & Field Days

Watching the #Olympics reminds me of my old track and field days. Way back when, my events were the shot put, discus, and javelin (I even learned a little hammer throw from Leslie Coons). In 1999, I went to Cleveland, Ohio for the NATIONAL AAU JR OLYMPIC GAMES and later took 3rd place in the San Diego USATF Regional Junior Olympics Track & Field Championships  at Balboa Stadium, SDSU,  in 2002. Even though shot put was usually my best event, I think I miss #discus the most. ►http://bit.ly/2bFawbD ♥ http://bekonstant.com/
